Build a Lasting Legacy at the Owyhee Combined School.

Every child deserves a place to learn, grow, and thrive — and today you can help make that future a reality. Your engraved brick becomes more than a tile in a walkway: it becomes a symbol of hope, community, and shared commitment that will stand long after its placement. Each name, each message, and each tribute tells a story of belonging — a story that future generations will walk upon and remember.

This campaign is rooted in community empowerment. Together, we are building not just a school, but a place where students will discover who they are and who they can become. Your support joins neighbors, families, alumni, and friends in laying the literal and figurative foundation of tomorrow. Through Nevada Assembly Bill 355, documented gifts from supporters like you help strengthen the school district’s grant applications for additional public resources, allowing private generosity to unlock broader investment in our tribal school.

Your Participation Matters.

Whether you choose a brick that bears your family’s name, honors a beloved educator, or commemorates a special moment, you’re taking a stand for the children of this community. All inscriptions are carefully reviewed for accuracy, appropriateness, and alignment with program guidelines before engraving. Bricks will be installed as part of the school’s construction timeline; while we cannot promise an exact installation date, we promise your legacy will be known.

We’ve designed giving options for every budget — from affordable installed bricks to keepsake souvenir replicas — and offer supportive discount codes for students and local community members. Every gift contributes to a living mosaic of dedication, pride, and shared destiny.

Together, we will build more than a school — we will build a legacy.

Your brick is not just stone and text; it is part of a collective story that honors where we’ve been and celebrates where we’re going. Join us in making history that stands firm for generations.

Start building your legacy today.

In 2023, the State of Nevada approved funding for the construction of the new Owyhee Combined School, which serves the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes at large. Due to economic and logistical factors, the costs to finish the build have risen. Please see the following photos to understand how you can help make this dream a reality.
