Land Department – Realty, Leasing & Trust Asset Management

The Land Department oversees all realty functions for the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes, including land assignments, leasing, rights-of-way, records management, TAAMS updates, beneficiary information, and Tribal land policy compliance. We assist Tribal members with their land-related needs while ensuring trust assets are managed responsibly, transactions follow applicable laws, and all activities align with Tribal sovereignty and long-term planning. Our office works closely with the Land Board, Tribal Council, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs to maintain accurate records and support fair and transparent land processes across the Reservation.
